Robinhood Chain brings tokenized equities, ETFs, and other real-world assets onchain with native Chainlink price feeds for every listed instrument. That's a new category of onchain data — structured, high-frequency, and tied to real markets — that nothing today reads the way a trading desk would.

Roodrai is an agent-based intelligence layer purpose-built to read that data: price and multiplier changes on Stock Tokens, onchain flow patterns, and correlated activity across assets, surfaced as signals rather than raw feed data. $ROAI is the token that funds development and gates access to the signal layer as it ships.

Most "AI + blockchain" tokens attach an AI narrative to a general-purpose chain with no particular connection to the data the AI is meant to analyze. Roodrai takes the opposite approach: the chain came first. Robinhood Chain is where tokenized equities are actually settling onchain, with native Chainlink feeds already publishing per-token prices adjusted for dividends and splits via each token's multiplier.

That's a data surface built for exactly the kind of agent Roodrai is building — one that reads structured market data directly from the chain it lives on, not a generic price feed bolted onto an unrelated network.

The signal agent network reads three inputs continuously: Stock Token price feeds (via Chainlink's AggregatorV3Interface), each token's uiMultiplier() to separate real price movement from dividend-driven multiplier drift, and onchain transaction flow across tracked assets.

Agents publish signals — momentum shifts, unusual flow, multiplier events — to holders through the Roodrai dashboard and, later, a public API for builders working on Robinhood Chain. The agent layer ships in phases: closed alpha, public beta, then general availability — see the Roadmap for timing.

$ROAI has a fixed supply of 10,000,000,000 tokens on 18 decimals. No further minting. Unsold presale allocation and unused bonus tokens are burned at TGE.

The presale runs across 12 stages, starting at $0.001 and rising to $0.0032 in the final stage, with bonus percentage falling from 20% to 0% as stages progress. Target raise across all stages is $9,600,000.

Contributions are accepted on both Ethereum and Robinhood Chain, in ETH or an approved stablecoin (USDC/USDT on Ethereum, USDG on Robinhood Chain). Each chain runs an identical, independently-deployed presale contract; a buyer's total allocation is the sum of what they've contributed on both chains, computed by reading each contract directly. The contracts themselves store no price, bonus, or cap logic on-chain by design — each purchase is simply tagged with the stage number active at the moment it's mined, keeping the contracts minimal and auditable. Stage price and bonus tables are applied consistently by the frontend and published in this document, so the calculation is fully reproducible from on-chain data.

Minimum purchase is $20, maximum is $100,000 per wallet per stage — both enforced by the app rather than the contract itself.

$ROAI lists on Robinhood Chain in Q3 2027 at a target price of $0.50. Liquidity is seeded from a portion of the raise plus the dedicated liquidity allocation. As with any presale, the launch price is a target, not a guarantee — actual open pricing depends on circulating supply at TGE and prevailing market conditions at the time.

Every wallet gets a referral code from the dashboard. When a referred wallet is linked, the referrer earns 10,000 $ROAI, tracked off-chain and included in the same TGE claim as presale tokens. Self-referrals and duplicate links are not permitted.

Contracts are payment-only by design: they accept funds and record contribution data, and never custody the $ROAI token itself. Standard hardening is used throughout — two-step ownership transfer, pausability, reentrancy protection, and Chainlink oracle price feeds with staleness and sanity checks for ETH-denominated purchases.
